Sheikh Saj

Sheikh Saj Rashid was born on April 26, 1978, in Dubai, into a business family. After some early academic success, he chose to take up horseback riding as a hobby. Sheikh Saj Rashid aspired to be a successful businessman in addition to his passion for sports as he grew up. 

By 1999, he realised that he needed to bring in some foreign knowledge in order to obtain all of the essential commercial expertise and experience. Similarly, he opted to transfer his family from the UAE to the UK, where he found all the channels and contacts to develop his business and aptitude in the petroleum industry.

After migrating to the United Kingdom in 2008, he established his own firm, Rashid petrochemicals ltd. Sheikh Saj Rashid was appointed Chairman and Managing Director of the firm, and he quickly concluded a transaction that included a merger with one of the world's most well-known petrochemicals corporations. 

Sheikh Saj Rashid has earned a considerable name and reputation in the petrochemicals sector by 2015, as well as a number of important distinctions and honours. 

Despite becoming a British citizen in 2019, Sheikh Saj Rashid continued to visit Dubai on a regular basis to oversee his company. 

In 2020, he returned to Dubai to build his company financially and developmentally.
